To Register a Business Name

1.        Give us a name if you have done the search or 2 to 3 names to search listed in the order you like them

2.        The business you do or plan to be doing

3.        Location of the business: Plot number, building and street

4.        Postal address (P.O. Box Number and Postal Code)

5.        Your full names and nationality. Your profession or occupation.  Include names, nationality and profession/occupation of any other partner in the business.

6.        Photocopies of your ID and PIN number certificate and recent Passport size Photograph. Do the same for any other partner in the business.

7.        Ksh. 5,000 payable in full.

Limited Companies Ksh. 30,000 all charges included.

To register a Company Limited by Shares

1.        Give us a name if you have done the search or 2 to 3 names to search in the order you like them

2.        The business or businesses of the company. List all of them. This informs what type of Memorandum to prepare.

3.        Location of the business: Plot number, building and street

4.        Postal Address (P.O. Box Number and Postal Code)

5.        Share capital of the company. If you have no preference we pick this for you.

6.        Your full names, nationality and profession or occupation of yourself and the other directors and the shares each hold in the company. There must be you and at least one other director.

7.        Photocopies of your ID and PIN number certificate and recent Passport size Photograph. Do the same for any other director in the company.

8.        Ksh. 30,000 payable in full for a Company with Share Capital of Ksh. 100,000. You will pay more for a Share Capital above Ksh. 100K.

NGOs Ksh. 40,000 all charges included.

CBOs Ksh. 20,000 all charges included.

Self Help Groups  Ksh. 15,000 all charges included.

Associations Ksh. 15,000 all charges included.

Societies Ksh. 20,000 all charges included.

Although we prefer dealing with fund sourcing if that is what your need is, we also write plans and proposals. Aproconsult Brands recommends that as it undertakes the proposal writing assignment, the applicant registers their organization.

Payment Terms

You pay 50% of the fee and the balance when the work is complete.

We require you to bring or to send your plan or proposal to us via email, acpfolio@gmail.com and also pay the starter fee of Ksh. 5,000. This will fee will be part of the total fee you will pay us for the full assignment.

Community Project Fund sourcing fee:  1.5% of the amount of money sought, Minimum Ksh. 25,000 Maximum Ksh. 150,000 (When you calculate 1.5% of the amount you are looking for and find it falls below Ksh. 25,000 you pay 25,000, if you find it falls above 150,000 you pay 150,000 otherwise the 1.5% of your calculation must fall between 25,000 and 150,000)
